Will Humble's Blog Is A Sham.

It's simple. If anyone publically suggests the possibility of problems with the director of the Arizona Department of Health Services performance, he willfully stifles that information in order to maintain his claims that all is well.

This is censureship through and through, designed to deny the public access to factual reports submitted in good faith by persons who directly experience the realities of his performance as staff, clients, you name it.

It is also 100% consistent with the manner in which ADHS mishandles good faith grievance reports submitted by patients at The Arizona State Hospital, regardless of the merits or related severity of the issues at stake, be it outright physical abuse, administrative malfeasance, whatever.

BOTTOMLINE: If it doesn't fit the scheme that Humble and company are dedicated to fabricating in prime time media coverage or so called tools of open discourse such as Humble's blog, it is not going to be made public. Business as usual, in other words.

SEE BELOW:

     B) A reader's comments to the article. The "reader" is the executive officer of a company that holds a contract with the Humble's ADHS empire.

I am a taxpaying citizen of Arizona and a former patient at The Arizona State Hospital, with extensive first person experience relating to the matters discussed in the article and a good faith dedication to seeing that the endemic and unlawful problems at ASH are meaningfully addressed in accordance with established law and recognized codes of common decency, my concerns deriving entirely from my awareness that ASH's seriously mentally ill and disabled patients are being denied reasonably decent care and treatment.

New State Hospital Treatment Approach Leads to Improved Outcomes

One priority at ADHS is helping patients on their path to Recovery at the State Hospital.  Our Hospital team cares for people who have mental health issues, whether for civil reasons or committed through the criminal courts.  We also oversee the Arizona Community Protection and Treatment Center.
Recent changes in security are making the Hospital a better place for patients, staff and the public. In the last four months – we’ve greatly reduced injuries to patients and staff – 23% for patient on patient assaults, 72% for patient on staff assaults; and we’ve reduced injuries by 83% for staff injuries from patient assaults, 26% for patient self injury.

From us here in the public milieu, including but not limited to former ASH patients and their families, current and former ASH staff, and numerous other concerned citizens of Arizona, we demand an honest and forthright response to data that clearly contradicts your various claims in relation to failed policy changes at The Arizona State Hospital. There is irrefutable evidence readily available today illustrating the harmful impacts of this failed policy, and you are aware of this evidence, for it has been publicly featured in the popular press on prime time television and Phoenix area newspapers. Your refusal to engage in open door and civil discourse with the public specific to the identified problems at ASH and in ADHS is a testament to our deepest concerns, namely that you and your employees are engaged in bad faith misconduct which directly puts the seriously mentally ill and disabled patients at ASH at great risk of harm to their emotional, psychological, and physical welfare, as well as putting the greater public at risk in terms of general safety concerns. 

Said bad faith misconduct is in graphic violation of the public trust and you know it. Please do not delete this comment. I am a citizen and I have the fundamental right to be included in this process. Allow the concerns of all interested citizens to be included in this process, and do not continue to ignore citizens (like myself), to whom you have a strict duty in terms of the public trust, as we openly seek to be included in this process.

Tony Jace is a corporate executive officer who's primary obligation is to the shareholders of the corporation that he oversees, The Crisis Prevention Institute. He is not a citizen of Arizona. As such, there is nothing more than a standard business contract underlying the relationship of this man to/with the Arizona Department of Health Services, and any praise that he might happen to offer reflects nothing other than the benefits of the relationship directly flowing to his shareholders, versus to the citizens of Arizona, and certainly not to the patients at The Arizona State Hospital. In fact, this man has no awareness of the actual conditions in The Arizona State Hospital other than information disseminated by Will Humble, as illustrated above. 

IT DOESN'T TAKE A ROCKET SCIENTIST TO RECOGNIZE THE DECEITFUL NATURE OF THIS SORT OF INFORMATION EXCHANGE. 

I have directly submitted numerous communications to Will Humble, including in relation to other past article postings on his official ADHS blog. I have offered him detailed data and testimony specific to the substandard health care and practices at ASH, with emphasis on the presence at ASH of graphic emotional, psychological, and physical abuse of the highly vulnerable patients there on a number of occasions. I have always submitted these in a civil manner, in accordance with protocol, and my passion is arguably the most pronounced tone of any such communications.

HE NEVER RESPONDS IN KIND.

We the people are deserving of more. Patient abuse is inhumane, highly illegal, and patently unacceptable. End of story.

Oh, to be the aggressive male technician
       six foot plus maybe 230 lbs.
       who smiles sickeningly at the audience, laughing
       as he pins my friend Edmond face first to the floor.

He might have once thought about it, 
fantasized about how to acquire 
the chance to physically subdue unruly adults
in a setting where doing so is both safe,
for the most part, as well as sanctioned.
      One must really get off on it, if they'd go so far
      as to seek work in a rat hole like ASH
      in order to get that chance.

Is this, too, an illusion?
Is it a frustrated male ego sort of thing?
Insecurity? Self doubt? 
      Or is it simple sadomasochism, 
      a state of paraphilia, 
      or stiffly suppressed libidinal energy? 

Is Aldo's libidinal energy effectively boxed in
when he is with his wife?

Do men like him reel from the conflict created
through a fusion of destructive energy and libidinal energy?
     Does he, first: Wish to have Edmond as an equal?
     Does he, second: Consider himself either superior or inferior to Edmond?
     Or is he, third: Swayed by aggression and submission in such a way

It's Official (yet again): ADHS director Will Humble is deliberately deceiving the public. Wherein for the 12th time in less than 6 months, the director of Arizona Department of Health Services actively censures the public's direct comments to his official ADHS blog (and those are just my own personal comments to date!) 

Will Humble's official "Blog" is a sham! 

I am willing to guarantee that  Humble and his "team" have censured countless other good faith feedback merely on the basis of it not fitting his ongoing flow of radical misinformation and related Stalinist practices with respect for the principle of free speech and open dialogue. Indeed, Will Humble's way of communicating with the citizens who pay his exorbitant salary is positively Orwellian in nature, and reeks of utter stupidity in this, the age of communication.

Humble's blog, I read through each and every one, and virtually all of them have to do with the medical marijuana issue. Nice and safe, and not entirely under Humble's authority, so he is at no risk of further screwing himself (in terms of the extent to which he is doing this to himself with respect for ASH, for example). Likewise, virtually none of the feedback that has been granted such accessibility include anything even remotely criticizing ADHS or Humble's performance. 

This is as undemocratic and scandalous a flow of communication as I have ever encountered, and I have seen some strange shit in my time. 

GIVEN THIS STARK FACT, AND THE SIMPLE KNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE PERSONALLY SUBMITTED TWELVE REASONABLY CIVIL AND LAWFUL COMMENTARY POSTS TO HUMBEL'S BLOG, NONE OF WHICH HAVE BEEN MADE AVAILABLE FOR THE PUBLIC TO CONSIDER WE CAN ONLY WONDER THE ABOUT THE EXTENT OF WHICH HUMBLE AND HIS DROOGS HAVE CENSURED OTHER CITIZEN BASED FEEDBACK IN THIS CONTEXT.

As I have stated in recent weeks, there are developments pertaining the ongoing exposure(s) of corruption specific to the substandard medical/mental health care practices and condition at The Arizona State Hospital in the works. When the time comes, each and every aspect of the history of my advocacy work in the context of seeking meaningful oversight in relation to this matter will be fully revealed in one complete document, including details as sordid as the facts underlying the dissemination of misinformation exhibited by the state of Arizona's highest paid health care official, Arizona Department of Health Services director Will "Yea Team!" Humble, as illustrated here. It is all 100% consistent with my overall experiences as a patient at ASH and client of ADHS to this point in time, and as such, right the hell on point with my emerging theses statement. As to Donna "You are soooo busted!" Noriega, The Chief Executive Officer at the Arizona State Hospital.

".... any oral or written misrepresentation of a fact by a licensee to secure or attempt to secure the issuance of a license..." New data is emerging specific to this woman, who is the acting Chief Executive Officer at The Arizona State Hospital, and who I can attest to via my own personal experiences as being patently dishonest and outright deceitful. 

I finally found a photo of this woman, who is hands down one of the most dishonest figures currently employed at the highest ranks of the operation of Arizona's sole long term public mental facility, The Arizona State Hospital. Patently deceitful, manipulative, and more than willing to put the welfare of ASH's seriously mentally ill and disabled patients far behind the power ridden greed of her staff. She has in fact successfully moved up the food chain at ASH while the various scandals now exposed in popular media- including this blog- have played out over the last 4 years. This, with the full support of the state of Arizona public health czar, Will Humble, Director of ADHS, as well former ASH CEO Cory Nelson, who is now the Deputy Director of Arizona's entire Behavioral Health Service network. Her given promotion, following Nelson's unjustified advancement from ASH to his current position, is 100% on point with the fact that the best and only to get ahead at ASH and beyond is by proving your own willingness to flaunt the law, in blatant defiance of health care standards, at both the state and federal level. Nepotism personified. Indeed, as I see it, and as per my very real experiences, no one individual more matches to ugliness of ASH's grossly substandard conditions than Donna Noriega, unless of course slime bagged professionals such as long time ASH legal counsel Joel Rudd come to mind. But do doubt for one moment that all of these Rat Bastards are in it together, across the board in all senses.

But you don't have to take my word for it. Here is irrefutable data specific to Noriega's misbehavior in recent years:

Ms. Rinaudo summarized the results of the investigation.
The professional appeared in person and addressed the committee.
Following review and discussion by members, Mr. Mitchell moved, seconded by Ms. Dawson, to find a violation of A.R.S. §32-3251(12)(c)(i), any oral or written misrepresentation of a fact by a licensee to secure or attempt to secure the issuance of a license. The motion passed unanimously.

It is that obvious, it is that bad. This woman willfully lied about the qualifications of an applicant (a personal friend) to ASH's social worker staff at that time when she- Noriega- was the acting Chief Operating Officer at ASH, virtually one notch in the food chain below then acting ASH CEO Cory Nelson. Her promotion, of course, occurred immediately after Nelson was unlawfully promoted in his own right, out of ASH and into one the executive positions in ADHS/BHS, in graphic defiance of the evidence about his own gross wrongdoing as a one year supervisor at the Hospital. So it should be no surprise that rather considering this aspect of the woman's lack of ethics,  Nelson and Humble both worked in concert in order to promote her to the highest position at ASH. What's with that, you might ask? And in response, I will just reiterate the fact that this how it always goes at ASH, and beyond in the executive offices of ADHS/BHS.
You scratch my back, etc. Standard practice that occurs at virtually all levels of employ in these specific agency/operations, in criminal violation of the public trust.

And they are still getting away with it.

The Arizona State Hospital and Patient Abuse.

Not to worry, but Google. Inc. (blogspot) very recently blocked public access to this blog, as per the original title, that is. I have yet to determine precisely why this occurred, but am definitely in the process of finding that out, and resolving the matter as it may stand. In the meantime, the staff of "The Arizona State Hospital and Patient Abuse" will continue to compile and report all elements of data specific to the substandard health care practices and overall conditions at ASH, for it is the right thing to do, with or without the support of the Google empire. All aspects of the original blog has been stored in both electronic and hard copy format, so no matter who or what is behind the current situation, the process will continue- manuscript forthcoming.

In the meantime, I have opted to offer this recap of the basis upon which I founded the blog itself. Rat Bastards Beware, for I am going nowhere.

PATIENT ABUSE IS A CRIME! 
(Originally published April 12, 2012, less than one full month following my discharge from Arizona's sole long term mental health care facility, ASH.)

The Arizona State Hospital's medical and administrative staff knowingly are operating that facility at a level of sub-standard mental health care as a matter of standard practice, and they are getting away with it. I was recently discharged from AzSH following a 13 month period of supposed "treatment" for major depressive disorder, during which time I was physically and verbally abused, lied to, coerced, intimidated, threatened, unlawfully restricted, and generally dehumanized on a daily level. I attest to these facts, and will now dedicate this blog to addressing these issues, because the things I witnessed and experienced at AzSH violate contemporary standards of medical practice in any hospital setting. AzSH is the only long term public mental hospital in the state and operates under the authority of the AZ Dept. of Health Services/Behavioral Health Services. As such, AzSH is a public entity subject to the common laws of this nation and state, and the patients at AzSH are afforded the full privileges, liberties, and protections of those laws, as well as of the provisions of several congressional acts specific to disabled persons and patients. Something has to be done. Patient abuse at the Arizona State Hospital has to stop today. I invite anybody of a like mind to join me in this process.

AS TO THE CURRENT CEO at the Arizona State Hospital.  Donna "You are soooo busted" Noriega, who was promoted into that position by current ADHS/BHS Deputy Director  Cory Nelson with the full support of the state of Arizona's public health czar, ADHS Director Will Humble.

As I have said all along: IT IS THAT BAD. All of these rat bastards are in bed together. Bottom line. Kudos to former ADHS/ASH investigator Vicky Fox- who I know for a fact was fired in fall 2012 for attempting to do the right thing in terms of her responsibilities in that position- for stepping forward in the context of the following news byte. I attest to the fact that one of the most serious grievance reports I filed while hospitalized at ASH was being reasonably handled by Vicky Fox at that point in time when she was unjustly fired, which only represents yet again the highly unlawful patterns of retaliation the ASH administrators engage in whenever staff or patients alike exercise the right to meet their most fundamental civic duty. It was in that same time period that I, in fact, was unlawfully removed from my original treatment unit at ASH, Palo Verde East which is known to be one the most peaceful units and the location that my referring physician specifically requested me to be placed on as per my established behavioral characteristics and crucial care needs, removed as such and relocated to one of the most violent units, Desert Sage East.  


"Scripps Media Inc. dba KNXV-TV sued the Arizona Department of Health Services, its director Will Humble, and The Arizona State Hospital on August 6 in Maricopa County Court. Specifically, (former ADHS/ASH investigator) Vicky Fox alleged hospital COO Donna Noriega 'was covering up for individuals who she liked as employees in her reports or editing of reports prepared by Ms. Fox, deleting information out of the final investigative report at her choosing to diminish their responsibility in matters where patients had filed complaints against employees she liked- all to keep the hospital out of trouble and protect employees from appropriate discipline...." (from "Records Demanded on Sexual Assaults", (c) Maricopa County Courthouse News Services, August 11, 2014)

And while I am not in a position to update this blog with the newest data about ASH CEO Donna Noriega's ongoing misconduct as it is now being researched by the staff of PJ Reed The Arizona State Hospital and Patient Abuse, I am able to say this much: She comes off as believable, for the most part, capable of exhibiting a seemingly pleasant personality and associated behavioral characteristics; but this how it almost always goes when it comes to high ranking officials in any broken system of bureaucracy. Snakes personified- they'll smile at you while picking your pocket. The first time that I personally interacted with Noriega was in late summer, 2011, approximately five months after my admission to ASH, and at a point in time when I was attempting to expose the abusive conduct of an ASH technician named Elaine Traylor, who I attest to having physically assaulted me while I was being administered my daily anti-depressant medication. I initially believed that Noriega, who was at that time the acting Chief Operating Officer at ASH, was someone that I or any patient could reasonably rely upon in terms of our given rights and associated care needs, for indeed, her seemingly pleasant personality and apparent intelligence enabled her to give me that impression. But not long after that initial meeting, I came to realize the hard way how deeply dishonest this woman is, in fact. And today, as indicated in the aforementioned data developments, I am again needing to take a good hard look at the unlawful manner in which she is attempting to further the grossly illegal violations of ASH patient rights across the board. I will update this blog in the context when I deem it appropriate.

News Flash: Donna Noriega- Busted! March 09, 2012: The Current Chief Operating Officer at the Arizona State Hospital Found In Violation of Arizona Revised Statute 32-3251(12(c)(i) By The State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Censured, as per the findings of Case #2012-0047, convened under the authority of the Arizona SOCIAL WORK CREDENTIALING COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Friday, March 9, 2012.

This woman, who was very recently found guilty and subsequently censored for gross untruthfulness (LYING!) while functioning in her licensed position as a state certified social worker, is currently filling the position of (interim) Supervisor at the Arizona State Hospital. This is the second time in three years that ASH is operating with no duly hired supervisor (the last time being April-August 2011), which I contend is due to the fact that ADHS director Will Humble and his underlings in AZ Behavioral Health Services cannot maintain consistent leadership at ASH. Via my very real experiences and learned understanding of the shortfalls currently impacting all ASH patients flow of medical-mental health treatment, I feel this particular dynamic indicates that ADHS/BHS officials consider the operation of the state's sole long term public hospital to be of minor concern, in spite of the fact that over 260 seriously mentally ill and disabled patients are undergoing residential treatment there within the facility itself.

Of equal concern is the fact that when these obviously reoccuring gaps in reasonably qualified and duly hired executive supervision at The Arizona State Hospital arise, Donna Noriega- an individual who was very recently found to willfully engage in unlawful abuse of her authority as per the terms of her licensure as a certified Arizona social worker- is the person who Will Humble and company feel can reasonably tend to the overall affairs of  ASH. The last time ASH was being operated without a duly hired supervisor (summer 2011), Noriega and her associates in the administrative offices of ASH (inc. but not limited to Dr. Stephen Dingle, Dr. Stephen Morris, and ASH's formal legal counsel, Joel Rudd of the state attorney general's office) willfully opted to cover up the violent escape of a patient named Jesus Rincon Murietta, in clear violation of the the public trust and related law and policy, which in turn directly contributed to the brutal murder of a young Phoenix woman named April Mott (SEE "Victim's Family Questions Why Man Was Free", by JJ Hensley Sept. 28, 2011 12:00 AM The Arizona Republic)Nowhere else in the world of public business affairs would we see a person such as this granted a leadership position, but at ASH, it is business as per the usual.

  •   An order of censure 
  •   Completion of 6-clock hours of continuing education in clinical supervision to be completed within

  •   Completion of a minimum of 6-clock hours of NASW Staying Out of Trouble or its equivalent to be 
    completed within one year 
  •   Early release is available upon completion of the required education 
    The motion passed unanimously. 
APPLICABLE LAW: ARS 32-3251 

(definitionsIn this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
1."Board" means the board of behavioral health examiners.
5. "Licensee" means a person licensed pursuant to this chapter.
12. "Unprofessional conduct" includes the following, whether occurring in this state or elsewhere:
(a) Conviction of a felony. Conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction or a plea of no contest is conclusive evidence of the conviction.
(b) Use of fraud or deceit in connection with rendering services as a licensee or in establishing qualifications pursuant to this chapter. (NORIEGA, IN THIS CASE)
(c) Any oral or written misrepresentation of a fact by an applicant or licensee. (NORIEGA, IN THIS CASE)

     I have already directly communicated with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners specific to my knowledge that not only is Donna Noriega willfully engaging in grossly deceitful abuses of her granted authority at The Arizona State Hospital, but as/more importantly, that each and every assigned social worker who I happened to interact with during my 13 long months as ASH engaged is clearly unlawful conduct as a matter of standard of practice. Said misconduct in my experience includes:

     1)Willfully lying to me- on more than one occasion- about my status in relation to outpatient services prior to my Feb. 2012 discharge, misconduct which did in fact greatly complicate my discharge planning and directly threatened my well being in terms my optimum post-ASH life planning (Megan Mischner); 
     2) Deliberately denying me access to my general ASH medical records in complicity with hospital administrators, in gross violation of my rights under the Hospital Information Portability and Protection Act; misconduct which I contend directly contributes to the disturbingly unlawful cloak and dagger means by which senior ASH clinicians and administrators get away their unlawful conduct, across the board (Robert Washington); 
     3) And deliberately denying me the right to bring a personally appointed representative into very crucial Inpatient Treatment and Discharge Planning meetings, an action that cuts to the core of any hospital patient's most fundamental rights in terms of self-determination, equal protection, and essential well being in every sense (Veneranda Heffern).
      Social worker staff at The Arizona State Hospital have inordinate control over some of the most critical aspects of any/all patients' personal affairs, this in terms of any patient's array of social welfare needs during their given period of hospitalization at ASH, as well as in relation to any patient's actual discharge planning. I attest to having been subjected to these forms of administrative misconduct (above) purely on the basis of me being a seriously mentally ill and disabled person, including blatant lying and misrepresentation of facts central to my status and needs as an Arizona citizen. It may not be obvious to anyone not dependent upon such individuals how deeply detrimental misconduct of this nature is, but the fact is, as per the limited legal autonomy of persons affected by serious mental illness, the ASH social workers are arguably the most crucial non-medical feature of any ASH patient's overall life interests. Likewise, in terms of planned outpatient care (prior to any scheduled discharge from ASH), seriously mentally ill persons rely 100% on their assigned social workers to coordinate all aspects of said discharge planning. Somehow (it is somewhat beyond me to understand), the questionable administration of the ASH operation has led to the establishment of a staff of licensed social workers who are just as willing and capable to engage in unlawful misconduct as are the senior clinicians. It is as though they all emerged from the same netherworld of deceit and wrongdoing, and I further attest that the presence of such corruption caused me very undue harm at the time that it was occurring, and that I witnessed a number of my former patent-peers going through these same forms of abuse in a nearly daily basis. 
     The bottom line, as per the above data, is that Donna Noriega  is a patent liar. That fact is the meat of her known character, as per the findings of the SOCIAL WORK CREDENTIALING COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES, on Friday, March 9, 2012, Case #2012-0047, Donna Noriega, (LCSW-10959), as well per my own very real interactions with her. Ergo, given the fact that this known liar is also technically the highest ranking social worker at ASH (with more accrued experience at ASH than any other social worker there), and herein, with her now proven willingness to break the law while functioning in context of her licensure in mind, I find it deeply unsettling to accept the fact that she's been granted full trust and related authority in a setting as graphically volatile as ASH, with all potential forms of known discrimination at ASH towards the seriously mentally patients at there forefront of my concerns, to date. It is- simply stated- wrong, wrong, wrong, and clearly needs to be addressed. Now.

IN CLOSING: September 25, 2013. Indeed, in my learned opinion as an Arizona taxpayer/consumer/citizen, the simple fact that a person known to have engaged in clearly unlawful abuse of her granted authority as a certified state practitioner (in any context) would be allowed to continue functioning in her original position in a facility such as The Arizona State Hospital is 100% unacceptable.  But adding to that, the fact that this person has been granted interim status as ASH's highest ranking executive officer, takes this issue to a much deeper degree of concern. Where does it end, this atrociously unreasonable mishandling of the ASH operation in general? Who has to die next? Will it be another patient (such as Chris Blackwell)? A member of the greater public (such as April Mott), who if not for this grossly corrupted system of mismanagement would never have any relationship at all to ASH? I contend that the threats are vast and somewhat predictable; and that in general, anybody undergoing treatment at ASH is inevitably going to suffer some form of undeniable harm that these sorts of arrangements are known to cause.

RESTATEMENT: Highly Illegal Tobacco Sales By Staff: Call to Arms.

(2014) The following article was published in this blog in mid-2012, not long after my discharge from The Arizona State Hospital. No one specific issue relating to grossly corrupt mismanagement of the ASH facility more disturbs me more than the fact that for time immemorial, some proportion of ASH staff have engaged in smuggling illegal/regulated substances onto the Hospital grounds, which these staff then distribute such contraband to ASH's seriously mentally ill and disabled patients. Such staff do this at shockingly disproportionate profit (to the tune of $1000 per carton of cigarettes, for example), in order to grossly exploit the vulnerability those patients at ASH who are addicted to tobacco, and other like substances. This occurs on a daily basis in blatant defiance of state and federal law, and is in fact 100% in violation of Hospital/ADHS policy; with the willful complicity of ASH administrators/senior clinicians;  as well as highly entrusted state public heath care officials, such as ADHS Director Will Humble, who regularly touts the status and conditions at ASH as a "smoke free" environment. I have published several very critical articles (beyond this one) about this specific issue. And as illustrated below, I have always been willing to rely upon and/or support those ASH staff who agree with my concerns as they apply in this context. Patient abuse of any kind is highly illegal and sickening the conscience, and exploitation in this context is abuse in all senses.

IN CLOSING: This a time to shine. I know that plenty of the men and women working at The Arizona State Hospital have what it takes to get involved with these activities. At stake are the most fundamental aspects of all ASH patients well being in every sense, but you all deserve the best possible place to work because your jobs are critically important, and believe because I know, it is tough work. My hat has been off to you folks since day one, at the onset of nearly two full years of hospitalization, and while I like to believe I am capable of a lot of things, I couldn't what you all do. Thank you, and keep up the good work. We need you. 

UPDATE 2014: Imagine if you will. Seriously mentally ill and disabled adults who are affected by chronic addiction to substances as a direct result of hospital staff who supply an illegal flow of products such adults, who are deserving of optimum care that can hopefully bring about some semblance of recovery. Serious mental illness, more succinctly, aggravated by chronic addiction and all that implies, which in contemporary society is known to be a crucial factor underlying the causations/manifestation of mental illness across the board. I have no reason to believe that this issue has been in any way addressed by any body of authority that I know for a fact is required to respond to my concerns in this context. This includes the failure(s) of ASH administrators/senior staff clinicians, ADHS/BHS officials, or even the established Human Rights Committee at ASH, which was only implemented as per the letter of law after I directly communicated with ADHS Director Will Humble about the simple fact that there was no HRC at ASH during the entirety of my time as a patient there, circa Jan. 2010-Feb. 2012. It is that bad, all of it. Substandard medical-mental health care in Arizona's sole long term public mental facility that extends into all associated bodies of authority. Bottom Line.
